Komunikacja ze strony przewodników bardzo uboga. Jako że większość pasażerów była Rosjanami skupiano się na nich i ich komforcie. Szóstka pasażerów posługującą się językiem angielskim została zlekceważona i uzyskaliśmy mało informacji na temat przebiegu wycieczki Średnio jednym slowem”
