The driver demonstrated a lack of patience and consideration by not waiting a reasonable amount of time for my family and I to descend from our residence, despite the presence of individuals with disabilities who require additional time for mobility. Despite my attempts to contact the driver through phone calls and messages, my efforts were disregarded, resulting in the loss of five adult tickets. I strongly advise against utilizing this service (Package) due to their evident negligence. I have requested a refund and am awaiting a response”

“The rafting was amazing! Really good and friendly guide 👏 You don't have a wet suit so be prepared, make sure you wear closed toe shoes and are prepared to get them wet / dirty. Although 1 guide spoke English - there were times when we fekt we didn't know what was happening (eg the bonus tour at the end when we noticed people from our bus leaving) The buggy drive was great, and although there looked some more picturesque zip lines - this was ok (just a young boy connecting us to the zip line and encouraging you to go quickly) The food for lunch was lovely Although instructions…”

“The trip was booked with a transfer. It was the worst transfer experience ever, we were shuffled between three buses and forced to take breaks at roadside bars. Even though we chose the German-speaking option, none of the drivers spoke German or English. After an exhausting journey, we finally reached our destination. From that moment on, everything was great. Jeep Safari, rafting, buggy riding, Zipline. Our guide at the rafting base was the best. Oskar is very friendly, cheerful, explained everything to us and looked after us. If it weren't for the very poor organization of the transfer, it would be 5 stars.Read more”
