“Warning this is not parasailing but actually paragliding. The operator was very unprofessional and refused to drop me back to my hotel. I had to pay extra for a taxi. Also, they wanted to charge me an extra 30 dollar to get my photo's and videos of the experience. Additionally, I requested a partial refund with Viator based on the fact is wasn't the service I paid for and the company is refusing to give me my money back. It is extremely disappointing as I booked other experiences through Viator and it has been an excellent service. But based on this experience I will not be using this website again.”
